Andrew Bart is an early and growth stage venture capital investor, advisor, and C-Suite executive. His passion for emerging technology as well as the startup incubation and acceleration process drives Andrew to serve as a fractional Chief Growth Officer and foster growth on a granular level.

Andrew’s 15+ year career initiated on the startup team at iCrossing which ultimately exited to Hearst Corporation for $325 million. As a tech entrepreneur, Andrew founded, bootstrapped, and successfully exited a supply chain management and lead generation technology platform to a global pet product manufacturer. For well over a decade, he has operated Pop Results, a growth marketing agency that offers DIY SaaS marketing tools, managed platform services, as well as strategy and execution of a comprehensive array of growth hacking and digital marketing services. Additionally, he is the founder of Startup Growth Advisors a venture builder, incubator, growth accelerator, and corporate innovation ecosystem that helps international startups, early and growth stage ventures innovate, accelerate, and scale.

In addition to his venture development activities in Silicon Valley, Andrew is an active contributor on the capital finance front for startup companies in secondary and tertiary startup markets including but not limited to Phoenix, San Diego, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Baltimore. His membership experience includes Arizona Tech Investors (ATI), Desert Angels, the Angel Capital Association and he is known for fostering collaboration in the Southwest regional capital communities and throughout international markets. Above and beyond his service contribution, as part of select deals, Andrew is an active angel investor and his vast network extends into over 250+ angels, angel groups, family offices, microvcs, venture capital and private equity firms, and corporate strategic venture divisions.

On a philanthropic level, Andrew serves Startup Grind Baltimore backed by Google for Entrepreneurs as a Co Director. He mentors at Seed Spot, a leading incubator / accelerator focused on social impact companies as well as Arizona State University, Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program, and The Mill an accelerator in Las Vegas. He has served as a judge and panelist for the ASU Edson Competition, Spirit of Enterprise Awards, Tech.co Innovate National Startup Competition, and the Arizona Commerce Authority Innovation Summit.

Andrew is regularly featured as an expert on nationally syndicated television shows including The List as well as in variety of other media outlets, where he speaks on topics related to technology, business, and private placement capital raise activity.

Andrew graduated with honors from the #1-ranked school in the nation for innovation, Arizona State University.
